Family times
As many of you will know, Fiona is back in the UK for a while and we took the usual Clark weekend opportunity: birthdays galore, the traditional Aug/Sept family get-together.Tick, Liv and I were joined in Lutterworth by Granny, Fiona, Tina, Gav, Marylin, Phil and Penny for a very jolly time. Livvy certainly enjoyed it, she can't have had more attention in so short a space of time in her entire life!

It was a traditional Clark bash. In other words, Mum made enough food for an army, Phil came in full uniform, Tina and Fiona talked at volumes that science tells us are physiologically impossible and Granny surveyed the growing brood with a practiced eye.
Tick and I had to head off mid-afternoon on Sunday, leaving Gav and Phil to fight to the death over the last piece of Brie. But not before Livvy had made full use of the surfeit of conveniently inflated matelas pneumatique that were in the Garden for reasons to dull to explain.
